Expiry & Booking

• This gift voucher has a validity of 3 years from the date of issue and is only valid until the date shown on the voucher. It will not be extended in any circumstances.

• Reservation is subject to availability at time of booking

• The gift voucher is non-redeemable on public holidays

• This gift voucher must be presented before payment and can only be redeemed once

• Please take extra care of your gift voucher. Unfortunately lost gift vouchers cannot be replaced, cancelled or refunded. Tuptim's does not take responsibility for any lost or misplaced vouchers.

 

Payment Using Credit Cards

• Gift voucher orders are placed on our website using the order form and payment is processed using Stripe. You will receive an automated email from us immediately after placing the order and we request that you verify the details of your order. If you have not received this email, please check your junk mail folder. Once we have verified your payment, we will deliver the gift voucher via the requested method in the order. For further assistance, please contact us directly. 

 

​Delivery / Shipping Policy

• Delivery of digital gift vouchers are sent via email as an attached PDF within 24-48 hours. If you have not received the digital gift voucher attached to an email within this time, please check your junk mail folder. For further assistance, please contact us directly.

 

Refund Policy

• Any amount exceeding the certificate value can be settled by cash or credit card

• This gift voucher is non-refundable, and is not exchangeable for cash in part or in whole

• ​​Please choose carefully when purchasing vouchers. We do not offer any refunds for vouchers ordered incorrectly, any unwanted gifts or if you change your mind and Vouchers are non-refundable and refunded. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

•  No sensitive information is collected on our website besides your name, phone number, email for identification purposes and email or address for delivery purposes. TUPTIM HERBAL DAY SPA has a strict policy on protecting your privacy and does not share this information with anyone.
